1. General Terms

By booking an appointment, visiting our salon, or using any service at Vida Beauty & Spa DBA Le Belle Madame Nail Spa , you agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms are designed to ensure a professional, safe, and enjoyable experience for all clients.


2. Appointments & Scheduling

Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person.

A valid phone number is required to confirm any booking.

Arriving 10+ minutes late may result in a shortened service or cancellation.

Walk-ins are welcome; however, service is not guaranteed without an appointment.


3. Cancellations & No-Shows

To respect our staff’s time and our scheduling system:

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

No-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours may be charged a cancellation fee (up to 50% of the booked service).

Repeat no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings.


4. Refunds & Satisfaction Guarantee

All services are non-refundable.

If you are not satisfied with your service, please notify us before leaving the salon or within 48 hours for a complimentary correction.

Refunds are not provided for dissatisfaction after the correction period.


5. Gift Cards & Packages

Gift cards are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Packages must be used within the validity period stated at purchase.

Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.


6. Health, Safety & Sanitation

For the safety of all clients:

Clients with infections, open wounds, or contagious conditions may be refused service.

Children must be supervised at all times.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any client who jeopardizes the safety or comfort of staff or other guests.


7. Personal Belongings

Le Belle Madame Nail Spa is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal items.

Please keep your belongings with you during the service.


8. Payments

We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and approved digital payments.

Gratuities are appreciated but not required.

Prices are subject to change without notice.


9. Photos, Media & Marketing

With your consent, we may take photos/videos of your nails or beauty results for marketing purposes.

You may withdraw consent at any time by notifying our staff.


10. Privacy & Data Protection

We collect only necessary information to serve you (name, phone, email).

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties.

All payment information is securely processed via our POS provider.


11. Salon Responsibilities

We commit to:

Maintaining a clean and sanitized environment.

Using high-quality, safe products.

Providing professional, respectful service at all times.


12. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Provide accurate information when booking.

Respect the salon environment and staff.

Follow safety guidelines and recommendations during services.


13. Service Refusal

Le Belle Madame Nail Spa reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for reasons including inappropriate behavior, safety concerns, or violation of salon policies.
